It seems to be baby bird season. Our newest neighbors that are nesting in the back yard.

Not my favorite birds though...Mockingbirds.

Not my dogs or my cat's favorite either.

We haven't been having many showing due to the slow market

but it only takes one person to look & want to stay

This will be the just dreadful view we will have from our back deck of the new house. (that is sarcasm)

All rooms to the back of the house will also have a lake view.

This view is why we want to get the house sold.
